it’s not a virus it’s a kind of cancer             of the mind, i guess it’s like there’s some kind of                           ringing i never quite knew      what they meant, until                i heard it                for                myself                                                 and now it won’t shut off what does it mean, to stop thinking?     i’m asking, would it stop the ringing?     i’ve never really learned how to do either of those things
